A Level 2 charger that matches the house, not a brochure
Most Florida charging happens at home. The useful job is a dedicated 240-volt circuit, permitted, inspected, and mounted where you actually park — not a surprise panel upgrade on install day.
We start with the panel. A load calculation tells us whether a 40- or 48-amp circuit fits on the existing service. If it does not, you hear that before anyone orders hardware. If it does, we run a homerun, land a breaker, mount the charger, and meet the inspector.
What we install
Tesla Wall Connector, universal J1772 units (ChargePoint, Wallbox, Emporia, and others), or a NEMA 14-50 receptacle if you want to keep the portable EVSE. We will say which option fits the car and the panel. We will not upsell a smart charger because it photographs well.
What usually changes the price
- Distance from the panel to the parking spot
- Finished walls, attics, or exterior stucco runs
- Outdoor / wet-location hardware
- A full panel, or a 100-amp service that cannot take the load
- A driveway or sidewalk that should be bored, not trenched
HOAs in South Florida and golf communities elsewhere often care about the wall you choose. We will put the charger on a side elevation and give you the cut sheet the architectural committee wants.
