Charging levels Level 1 Level 2 Level 3

Process

Five steps. No mystery week in the middle.

A charger install is not a product drop-off. It is electrical work on a permitted circuit. This is the sequence we actually run.

  1. 01

    Assessment

Photos or a site visit. We look at the panel, the parking spot, the surface between them, and any HOA or landlord rules. You get a written scope, not a verbal maybe.

  2. 02

    Load calculation

Florida inspectors expect a real calculation. If the service cannot take the charger, we quote the upgrade as its own line — never buried in a ‘standard install’.

  3. 03

    Permit

We apply with the city or county that actually has jurisdiction. Broward is not Miami-Dade. Orlando is not Jacksonville. The application matches the parcel.

  4. 04

    Install

Dedicated circuit, correctly sized wire, outdoor-rated gear where it lives outside. If the path crosses pavement, our trenchless crew bores it the same week — not a subcontractor on a three-week lag.

  5. 05

    Inspection & handoff

We meet the inspector. You get a working charger, the permit closed, and a short walkthrough of the app or charge schedule if the unit has one.
