EV charger installation in South Florida
Most of our work starts here. South Florida homes and commercial lots share a few realities: humidity, salt air on anything mounted outdoors, HOA design rules, and building departments that expect a real permit on a dedicated 240-volt circuit. We treat those as the job, not extras.
What the houses are like
You will see 100-amp services in mid-century CBS homes, 200-amp panels in 1990s infill, and condo electrical rooms that were never designed for a row of Level 2 chargers. Each of those is a different conversation.
Who issues the permit
Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach each run their own permit portal. Typical residential EV circuit permits take a few business days when the load calculation is clean. We pull them; you should not have to chase inspectors.
Dirt, salt, and the driveway
Coastal outdoor mounts get NEMA 3R or better hardware and stainless fasteners. Trenchless conduit under pavers and circular drives is common — that is where in-house directional drilling and missile boring pay for themselves.

If the path crosses pavers or a circular drive, we bore it with the same crew. That is on the commercial / trenchless page, not copied onto every city.
